Are You Envious Of People Who Work From Home?

Being able to work from home is a gift. It is given to the individuals who have the perseverance to struggle through the trials and tribulations of getting their home business started. Yes the people who have been given the gift of working from home know that nothing comes easy. They know that they have to spend time getting their business up and running, along with working with a fabulous company.

Being ENVIOUS is normal but anyone can build a home business with the right MENTORING! Yes Mentoring is essential in building a successful home business. I don't know anyone who would say they didn't want to work from home, do you? Most people want to be financially free but don't know how to do it. You can not learn how to do this from just anyone. Well you would be surprised, to learn that most learn from the 80% and don't understand why they are failing.

Instead of being envious of the people that work from home, find a 20% to teach you. Now this is tricky because the 80% people think they are in the 20%. They think they know how to build a home business. They think they are knowledgeable about the industry but have a track record of jumping from one company to another. Don't listen to them! Three Basic Steps To Creating Your Work At Home Business Campaign

The steps listed below take into consideration that you have already developed your business plan and you have either a product or a service you are going to use to build your work at home business.

Step 1. What is your target market in other words who are you trying to reach with your campaign? If you do not identify your market and have something to aim at how will you ever hit the target.

I apologize If I offended anyone...

This was how I started an email that I wrote to my TEAM in my network marketing company. Apparently, I offended someone when on our weekly call I talked about people who just sit on the side lines and don't take action. The person actually wrote me and told me that they were not in the "trenches" so to speak but liked the fellowship that was provided on the calls. But the felt that I was being insensitive to the fact that they were not working their business. They let me have it, right between the eyes. I deserved it!

BUT...

The point is that anyone who spends money and just sits on the sidelines is not doing a service to themselves. They are biding time! Wasting time is a foolish move since it is something that we cannot recover. When time is gone, it's gone. It has a huge lost opportunity and the measure of what might have happened will never be realized.

Now why do people sit on the side lines?

Well after I sent an apology to everyone on my team, I started getting emails from people who said, "I was not offended". I began to feel good about what I did and what had happened was people were actually taking notice of their business. I care about the people who are just sitting on the side lines, because they are people who maybe for some reason of another were lead astray.

The MLM/Network Marketing thought is to help the people who want help and let the ones who don't ask, wander in the dark. I have trouble with this concept. I think that if they spent their money, I should attempt to work with them. This is why so many people fail in the Network Marketing business, because the up-lines don't work with their people or attempt to do so. They just let them flounder along and ultimately they fail.

Why am I writing you this?

Because if you are someone who is just sitting on the side lines and want help you have several choices. You can take the initiative to call your up-line and ask for help or find a new company and start over the right way. Some times you have to "cut and run" to get ahead. I have done it before. How may times have you looked back and wished you had a resource to go to and get guidance?

I have been coaching people in business for over 30 years and have had great success with people who were to timid to ask for help, but wanted to really grow and achieve happiness and joy. If you are one that has not achieved your wants and dreams then you really should take a look at a new environment. Not every network business is right for everyone. You have to pick one that excited you and give you the motivation to want to really "bust out".

Having the right mentor is essential in getting off the ground in any business, but many people think that it cost lots of money. It does not! As a matter of fact when we mentor people and they join our company, there is no charge. But, we actually interview people to make sure we have a match with our team. This industry is not right for everyone, many people are afraid of success.

Can Staying Healthy Help Senior Citizens Succeed?

Adequate Nutrients Within Calorie Needs

Consume a variety of nutrient-dense foods and beverages within and among the basic food groups while choosing foods that limit the intake of saturated and trans fats, cholesterol, added sugars, salt, and alcohol. Meet recommended intakes within energy needs by adopting a balanced eating pattern, such as the USDA Food Guide or the DASH Eating Plan.

For senior citizens or if over age 50. Consume vitamin B12 in its crystalline form (i.e., fortified foods or supplements). Vitamin B12 is known to help senior citizens with mental clarity.

Older adults,people with dark skin,and people exposed to insufficient ultraviolet band radiation (i.e.,sunlight). Consume extra vitamin D from vitamin D-fortified foods and/or supplements.

Senior Citizen Weight Management

To maintain body weight in a healthy range, senior citizens should try to balance calories from foods and beverages with calories expended. To prevent gradual weight gain over time, make small decreases in food and beverage calories and increase physical activity.

Those who need to lose weight. Aim for a slow, steady weight loss by decreasing calorie intake while maintaining an adequate nutrient intake and increasing physical activity.

Overweight senior citizens with chronic diseases and/or on medication. Consult a health care provider about weight loss strategies prior to starting a weight-reduction program to ensure appropriate management of other health conditions.

Physical Activity

Engage in regular physical activity and reduce sedentary activities to promote health, psychological well-being, and a healthy body weight. To reduce the risk of chronic disease in adulthood: Engage in at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity, above usual activity, at work or home on most days of the week.

For most people, greater health benefits can be obtained by engaging in physical activity of more vigorous intensity or longer duration. To help manage body weight and prevent gradual, unhealthy body weight gain in adulthood: Engage in approximately 60 minutes of moderate- to vigorous-intensity activity on most days of the week while not exceeding caloric intake requirements. To sustain weight loss in adulthood: Participate in at least 60 to 90 minutes of daily moderate-intensity physical activity while not exceeding caloric intake requirements.

Some people may need to consult with a health care provider before participating in this level of activity. Achieve physical fitness by including cardiovascular conditioning, stretching exercises for flexibility, and resistance exercises or calisthenics for muscle strength and endurance.

Senior Citizens may want to participate in regular physical activity to reduce functional declines associated with aging and to achieve the other benefits of physical activity identified for all adults.

How To Quit Your Way To Success

Many times people in Network Marketing join a company with the idea of making quick dollars fast. This concept is one that plagues over 90% of the people who join MLM/ Network Marketing. As a result of this mindset these people end up fueling the coffers of many Network Marketing companies instead of reversing the momentum and making money for themselves.

By joining a network marketing company and building a downline instead of a team, you are not building an asset but a liability. Liabilities make the network marketing companies rich and not the team builder.

Look at it this way, you build a downline of a few people and you decide that you are not making headway fast enough then someone else comes along and tells you that there is more money in joining their company faster so you leave your existing company and then go to the new one. When you persuade the members of your downline to leave and go to another company now the new company gets the initial sign-up money that is paid out.

So now the old company got your initiation cost that was paid and the new company gets new money for their initiation cost, so now two companies have made money on the same person. And this process goes on and on. Every time you join a new company in the Network Marketing Industry the forward motion of the old company is stopped, and you are having to start the forward motion all over again to gain momentum.

What is needed is to reverse this action and make the money for yourself. By reversing this action and staying put in your existing company you will be practicing "Reverse Momentum".

What is meant by "Reversing Momentum"?

Building a Team in a Network Marketing Company requires that you begin to build, and as you build you begin to start the compounding process of attracting new people on to your team. As you build your team the team members begin to reach out to others and start to attract others that you don't know, nor will ever know.

This is the positive momentum that you want to reach in networking which begins to build you're team over time. As the momentum increases your income increases along with the specific team members that are excited about growing their business. Everything becomes contagious.

By taking the money that you would spend to hop from one company to another and put it into your current company growth you will increase your momentum and your team will build faster. You are putting your money into your business when you invest into the same company, and build your team instead, of always putting your money into a new company. Every time you do this you halt momentum and have to start over again.

Look at it this way, if you were building a snowball you have to roll it and pack it, then roll it and pack it, until it is solid enough to keep rolling and rolling till it becomes a huge snowball. If you stop and leave that snowball alone and go do it again you never get out of the rolling and packing stage. The one you left gets smaller or does nothing and as the weather get warmer it melts then when the weather gets cold again the snowball is smaller. The bigger the snowball is the easier it will stay in tact through the warm spells and then as you keep rolling you get bigger and bigger with many more people on the team rolling the snowball.

The secret is to use the power of compounding and let it work for you instead of working for the network marketing company. It's impossible to "Quit Your Way To Success" but for some strange reason people think that they can. Quitters never win! It's a proven fact but ignored by many.

The secret is to find a good company and a good team to join, then interview them and see if you are all of like mind and can work together. Treat your network marketing business as a business and not a sideline. Get a good mentor that knows what they are doing and quiz them about their successes. Leave no stone unturned.

Senior Citizens Struggle To Retire

It's not going to be your parents retirement rewarded at 65 with a gold watch, a guaranteed pension, and health insurance for life. For many senior citizens, retiring is a struggle for some quite a mystery. Earlier generations of workers could rely on employer provided pensions, but now many workers will need to rely on their own work related and personal savings plus Social Security benefits. These savings have to last longer because senior citizens are living longer, often into their eighties and nineties.

A secure, comfortable retirement is every senior citizens dream. And now because we're living longer, healthier lives, we can expect to spend more time in retirement than our parents and grandparents did.

Senior citizens can work while receiving Social Security retirement benefits. When they do, it could mean a higher benefit for you in the future. Higher benefits can be important to you later in life and increase the future benefit amounts your family and your survivors could receive.

While senior citizens are working, their earnings will reduce their benefit amount only until they reach full retirement age. After seniors reach full retirement age your benefit amount is recalculated to leave out the months when it was reduced or when benefits were withheld due to your excess earnings.

For 2010, that limit is $14,160. Wow does this excite you? Just think you work your butt off for 40 plus years and nowyou get penalized for trying to make enough money to buy food and pay the rent.

Senior citizens who reach full retirement age in 2010, the limit on your earnings for the months before full retirement age is $37,680.

(If you were born in 1944 or 1945, your full retirement age is 66 years.)

Starting with the month you reach full retirement age, you can get your benefits with no limit on your earnings. What that means is senior citizens will either have to work until they drop dead or starve to death instead. This is the appreciation senior citizens receive for being the backbone of this country.

How important is Your WHY Factor?

I am not one who will sugar coat what it is going to take for you to build a successful home business.

Your WHY is the glue that holds you together. If you are new to the home business arena you may never have heard anything about Your WHY Factor. Your WHY is also known as your dream, reason or burning desire, why you decided to build a home business.

Your WHY is the fuel that is going to keep you driving forward as you hit those bumps,potholes and detours along your journey to accomplishing your goals. Make sure that when you figure out what your WHY is you really believe in it. Your WHY has to be so powerful that nothing will stop you from moving forward to obtaining your goals.

Your WHY should only be shared with those who will encourage you or who are going in the same direction with you. The worst thing that could happen to you and your home business is if you let negative influences tear down your WHY.

If you get distracted and disappointed from all the hype and false promises remember your WHY. Staying focused on your WHYwill help you hydroplane over all the crap you will come up against.

I thought I knew everything there was about this model but Wow! Was I confused.

No one wanted to talk to me... Friends, Family, even My Enemies wouldn't listen.

I worked hard and made a little headway but still frustrated. I am unique in that I

can't stop once I start something, I will not quit until it defeats me. It did four times.

The fifth time I decided to listen to someone who knew how to be successful with this model, but who!

I got the email with the heading above... Talk about divine intervention...

I read the email, and watched the video.

I wanted to learn more. Finally someone had the information that I needed. I didn't care if

the person was twelve, I was ready to listen!

I joined another company, [Now number 5] and that was 13 months ago. I am learning

about success in Network Marketing and building a business along with understanding

that even with all my education, the internet is a new world. All of the marketing

education that I had, I had to re-learn.

I am 65 years old now and still learning. I am reminded that Colonel Sanders started

Kentucky Fried Chicken at age 65. He began his career again and beat the bushes to

build one of the largest franchise businesses in the world.

I am listening to the young Turks every day and doing every thing they tell me to do. The internet is a

Young Persons world and I am enjoying learning in it. I am not going to blow smoke about

high income projections but I am on target to make six figures per month in 48 months. I do

know what it's like to make lots of money because my consulting business has made me

a millionaire over the years but in the Network Marketing Industry I am starting over.

I am just like anyone else who is beginning a new venture. Starting from the bottom.

Old School Network Marketing

What is old school Network Marketing A.K.A known as traditional Network Marketing? See if this sounds familiar, make a list of everyone you know, don`t pre-judge any of them. Now call them up and tell hem you just started your own business and invite them to your home for an opportunity meeting.

If you have been in the networking marketing business for a while and now belong to the NFL( No Friends Left ) Club because you were doing everything that your up line was teaching you to do you are not alone.

So what do you do next? Go out and meet some new people and make a friend, or you can take out a classified ad or you can make up fliers and hang them up all around town or you can buy some leads and then start to cold call them. Are you having any fun yet? Your up line did tell you this is going to be Fun right.

Giving to Give Marketing

How familiar are you with the concept of "Giving to Give"?

Many times people are "Giving to Get" and wonder why they don't get anywhere. When you give back without any strings attached you rise higher in the universe and enter into better alignment with the "Law of Attraction". Now, you may think this is hooky, but when you focus on how you can give to people without expecting anything in return, you then are rising above the norm.

Almost all marketing is centered around "Giving to Get". Placing a phone number so someone can call and hopefully purchase your products, or offering a special price to purchase in the next ten minutes. You get the picture, expecting to get something in return. Most people don't want to be sold they want to discover so when you give without expecting returns you allow them to discover.

It's OK to ask for an email address when giving information as long as you are going to continue to give information, and then let the person discover whether they want what you are offering or not. When you collect the name and email address to send them more information all you are doing is continuing to give. Some people say "well you are expecting to get the name, email address, and phone number, that's "Giving to Get" isn't it. No! its getting a pathway to delivering more information to lead to discovery.

You have probably noticed a plethora of free video's and content floating around the Internet lately, with more free content being developed daily. This is because people are starting to discover, Ha there is that word again DISCOVER, that the more information that you send to people the more they will learn. The more people learn the more they will discover their own self and rise to their potential.

There is so much crap in the media and on TV that leads people down a path of failure and complacency and many are tired of it. They are looking for information on how to better their lives, therefore they want to get as much content as they can to determine whether who they are listening to is the best teacher or not. If someone is looking for a mentor to help them build their business they want to make sure they are getting a good one. How else can they discover if they can't check out the person ahead of time. Learn from people who have gone before you...

When building your Network Marketing business you can build it several ways.

The first way is to make a warm market list and then send them a letter priming the pump for your opportunity. You can then call them and talk to them about the economy and how tough it is going to be as the worlds economic picture changes. Many people have built large businesses by working their warm market and have perfected the skills of doing walk-thru's on their business site and attracting people to their business.
The second is, you can buy qualified lists and then have a company send email blast to them trying to get them interested in hearing what you have to say about your Network Marketing business. Is MLM a bad word?

Multi-Level-Marketing is a term that stems from the mid 1940's and directly explains how the home business really works. Unfortunately many don't think that the MLM name is good because so many people fail in the business. So they decided to call it Network Marketing thinking that people would join it and become successful. In both cases the people who joined in this type of business still saw a high level of failure because they learned it the wrong way.

Why did this happen?

They weren't taught the right way! Let's look at MLM/Network Marketing the way it should be done.

First of all you must have a good mentor who understands this business model and has been taught by successful people in the industry.

Second, you have to understand that it is not a sales model but a Sponsoring model. Duplication is a must, NOT SALES.

Third, QUALITY is more important than quantity.

Getting the right people to join your business is important but having a solid understanding of how this model is supposed to work is equally as important. We have solved both of those points. When you look at this industry you can see it's a 200 Billion Dollar industry and growing to 1 Trillion Dollars in the next five years, Globally.
